Welcome to Emtess. The following terms and conditions guide the use of our e-commerce online shop. These terms and conditions may be adjusted from time to time. Please read before making an online purchase at EMTESS.
- You can shop our products through our online shop. If you have any questions please contact our customer service for help at email@example.com.
- All items remains our property until payment is fulfilled. Any attempts of frauds will be reported to the police.
- Emtees reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected.
- No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout is accepted.
- Emtees holds the right to have minor deviations related how material, color, weight, measurements, or manufacturing, appear on our online shop. This also includes type faults, price and stock changes. All prices are Inclusive of Taxes.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- All shipments are sent by local delivery partner depending on the state and city you reside in. You will receive a tracking no along with your Shipping Confirmation. The order will be sent to the address you fill in at the checkout.
- Pre-paid and COD orders gets dispatched within 24 hrs and usually will take 3-5 working days to get delivered.
- For Exchange of product from your side , It usually take 4-7 working days after confirmation of reverse pick up from our side.
- You can cancel your order before it gets dispatched.
- Once product has been dispatched from our end then it can’t be cancelled.
- We cannot cancel the product which has been dispatch or which is In-Transit.
- If you are facing issues while cancelling then send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with details about cancellation.
RETURN & COMPLAINTS
- You have the right to return a product or exchange the product, within 7 days from receiving the goods. If you change your mind about a product you have to contact our customer service within this time.
- The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with all labels and tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
- All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a return. Send Return queries at email@example.com

- Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs when you wear.
- Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
- For faulty items Emtees will make a full refund to you, including for return shipping, as soon as possible. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
- If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund including for shipping and return.
- If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
- All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. Most web browsers use symbols or the guide https:// to show that the page you are visiting is secured.
- Receiving your personal information helps us to give you good customer service and updates.
- We will not leave or sell your personal information to third-parties without your permission.
